Sit 'n' Go Sit 'n' Go Tournaments

We offer Sit 'n' Go's for 2, 5, 6, 10, 12, 18, 20 and 30 players, with buyins ranging from $0.10 to $1,0000.

Sit 'n' Go's do not have a scheduled start time. As soon as the required number of players have sat down the tournament will begin.

As in any tournament, each player pays the buy-in fee and receives an equal number of chips. Play then starts and continues until one player has won all the available chips at the table. The prize pool is divided between the winners, depending on how many players entered.
Multi-Table Tournamnets Multi-Table Tournaments

Featuring up to 2500 players, multi-table tournaments mirror how real world poker tournaments work, and are an exciting way of pitting your wits against other players to take often substantial prizes.

Each multi-table tournament has a set start date and time, with all players registering to play in advance. You can register at any time from when the tournament details are posted up until about 5 minutes before kick off. When registering, you'll need to pay the buy-in together with the registration fee, which is typically 10% of the buy-in. Sound confusing? Don't worry, it's not. For example, if you wanted to play in a $10 No Limit tournament, the buy-in would be $10 and the entry fee $1, giving a grand total of $11 (we love it when the maths are nice and simple).

When you buy-in, each players starts with the same number of chips and is assigned a random seat on a randomly selected table. The number of tables in play will reflect the number of players who have entered, so if 500 players have entered, then there will be 50 tables at the start of play. As the tournament progresses, and players get knocked out, tables are closed and players are reseated to make sure that tables remain well balanced. Table and seat reassignment is again conducted at random, but takes into consideration your position in relation to the blinds so you don't lose out. Eventually, ten players will remain on the final table where they'll battle it until one player has all the chips.

The real beauty of multi-table tournaments is that all the buy-ins form a prize pool, a prize pool that you'll be playing for a share of. The pool is determined by a range of factors, such as the number of entrants, the stakes and any possible add-ons (that's extra money that we put in), and the payout structure is similarly determined by the number of entrants.

Rebuy Tournamnets Rebuy Tournaments

There’s nothing more irritating than an early exit from a tournament. There you are, settling in for a nice long poker session and before you know it one silly mistake or horrible bad-beat has sent you packing. But with our new rebuy tournaments, the end isn’t necessarily the end, and you can have more lives than a very lucky cat.

How? Because in a rebuy tournament you can purchase additional chips within a certain predefined period of a tournament if you bust out or fall below a certain chip count. For example:

You’re playing in a $5 tournament and you started with 2,000 chips. Unfortunately, after only a few minutes you’ve lost the lot. Naturally, you’d like to carry on playing (come on, who wouldn’t?)… and the good news is, that in a rebuy tournament you can! When you get busted, a little pop-up window will appear asking if you’d like to pay a further $5 to carry on in the tournament. Click no, and it’s adios. But click yes, and 2,000 more chips will be delivered to you before the next hand.

Early Rebuy Option

Poker In Europe is pleased to introduce our Early Rebuy Option. Now you can ‘double up’ right from the start of a tournament! Here’s how it works...

If your chip stack is equal to or lower than your original stack, you are eligible to rebuy. Your eligibility is confirmed by the presence of the rebuy button on the table which appears on the table as long as you are able to rebuy. For add-on tournaments, if you are eligible for a rebuy before the start of the add-on break, you will get a pop-up which asks if you would like to rebuy (Note: you will still have the option to add-on). Once the add-on break has started, the rebuy button will disappear.

Your eligibility for a rebuy is calculated at the beginning of each hand, meaning even if you win the hand in which you’ve rebought, you’ll still receive the rebuy.

Recover from an early bad beat, increase your stack at a critical time in the tournament or simply double up early if you’re the aggressive type skilled at wielding the big stack. The choice is yours with early rebuys.

Where Can I rebuy?

To enter a rebuy tournament just look for tournaments with the word “Rebuy” in the name in the Mutli-table tournaments listings within the poker client and register away. If you do enter a rebuy tournament, make sure that you have a plan thought out before you start playing, as you won’t have long to make up your mind during the actual tournament before the next hand is dealt. And you wouldn’t want to miss out would you?

When Exactly Can I Rebuy?

Unless otherwise stated, you can rebuy at any time during the first three levels of the tournament. You can see the tournament level at the bottom of the main window in the poker client, and it will also tell you how long until the next level starts.

If you run out of chips completely, you can rebuy when the pop-up box appears...

It Pays To Know About Add-Ons.

There’s something else that you might like as well. Unless otherwise stated, our rebuy tournaments also include an "add-on" option that allows you to buy additional chips at the end of the final rebuy round regardless of the number of chips that you may have. Add-ons are always useful, giving you extra chips with which to play with during the remainder of the tournament.

How To Rebuy.

You can purchase a rebuy (up to the tournament limit) by clicking the dollar sign ($) on the table or when the pop up offer is made or by clicking the rebuy button for an early rebuy whenever you are eligible to rebuy. If you request a rebuy during a hand but then win enough chips to put you over the rebuy threshold, your purchase will automatically be cancelled.
